Review Policy

I will read anything that has words on the pages with the exception of non-fiction. I accept all types of books for review but that doesn't mean I accept all review requests. Please do not get offended or insulted if I choose not to read your book. If you are expecting a 5 crown review from all your reviewers I may not be the right fit for you! I am honest and straightforward. I review books to help fellow readers find books that they enjoy not to promote authors.

What to expect in my book review?

  I have a crown rating system that I use for overall rating.

♔♔♔♔♔ - Phenomenal; you MUST go buy this book today
♔♔♔♔ - Above average, well written, recommend reading soon
♔♔♔ - Average; nothing memorable; recommendation neutral
♔♔ - Finished the book but not impressed; would not recommend
♔ - Did Not Finish

      I also rank romance, humor, action, drama, suspense and other catagories depending on the style of book I am writing the review for. I post a copy of all my reviews on GoodReads and I am an avid GoodReads participant.
      I will not bash an author under ANY circumstances and I will not review a book without giving it my full attention and beginning with an open mind.

How long will it take you to read and review my book? 

     I do not make any promises on turn around time for a book review. It normally takes me 24-48 hours to read an average novel and I will complete the book review within 48 hours of completing the book.
