Typically I review each book individually or a whole series but the third book of this series is currently only available for Pre-Order and I have enjoyed reading them so much I wanted to review them so people could get as excited as I am for the release of Breaking Ties, the third book in the Breaking series by Tracie Puckett. This book's main character, Mandy, is a high school senior with her eyes set on a writing degree but her Dad insists on preventing his daughter from becoming like her mom they left in California. Mandy is determined she will not let her father stand in the way of her dreams and Reddick Initiative is her opportunity. All she has to do is when the scholarship and all her problems will be solved, or so she thought! Then she meets Gabe, in the most unfortunate of ways, and that is where the complications begin. Mandy must first learn to live with who she has become since moving away from her mother and her life in California. She must stop pushing the people who mean the most away but most of all she must allow herself to open up! Follow Mandy as she learns who she is and what she really wants from life!
