PROMISE ME? ALWAYS.
Tessa and Blake created their own angst amongst each other throughout the book. There were times I would find myself getting very frustrated with both main characters due to the lack of communication. I became very involved in what would happen and just how many roadblocks could they run into. This was a beautiful story of two people saving each other against all odds. I believe Kari March did a great job on this book, especially considering it is a debut novel. There were tears shed both happy and sad!
The only reason I did not give this book 5 crowns for overall rating was due to the writing style in the very beginning of the book. I love romance novels written with both points of view but for a few chapters you read the exact same scene from both sides and it was a little redundant. I found after the first few chapters of the character introduction that stopped and the writing was phenomenal from that point on.
I CAN'T WAIT FOR THE FOLLOW UP NOVEL, ALWAYS YOURS, EXPECTED LATER THIS YEAR!
