They say never judge a book by it's cover but sometimes you just can't help it! There have been a few times flipping through the Nook bookstore I just saw a cover and knew I had to read the book!! Below are a couple of examples but fortunately the books listed were just as good as the cover art!!
In Bloom (The Brightside, #1) by Katie Delahanty: Olivia Bloom is free to live her own life and packs up to pursue her costume design career but lands a job designing lingerie. The parties and lifestyle is all she could have ever wanted but things start to get exciting when Olivia has a rock star falling for her. How do you blend into that lifestyle without getting eaten alive and is what every girl dreams about really as great as it seems?
Katie Delahanty nailed her debut novel and I cant wait for Brightside #2 to be released!!
You Make Me by Erin McCarthy: What a book! Imagine your first love walking out of your life the day after you finally give it all to him without a word! That is real life for Caitlyn but she managed to go off to college and create a life with a man who would give her the world but why does she still feel like something is missing? Just when Caitlyn believes she has it all worked out Heath, her first love, pops back into her life and her picture perfect world shatters. She must decide what she foresees in her future and decide what path she wants to take but she doesn't have long to decide.
Erin McCarthy has a powerful novel here that is captivating and a pleasure to read!!
